The course is founded on principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and offers lifelong tools for trauma healing, personal growth, and goal-setting.

This course has 4 Modules, complete with writing and artistic prompts for personal discovery, techniques for meditation, and practical techniques for healing past trauma.
